Prisoners Voice Platform (TSP), with the slogan “Don’t forget political prisoners”, is continuing its work that began at the start of December. With this effort, TSP intends to assist more people in getting in contact with prisoners.
TSP has opened an information stall at GİK-DER in London. With posters, Özgür Düş Postası bulletins, a brochure introducing the TSP, a list of prisoners and their prison addresses, cards and envelopes that can be sent, visitors to the association are informed both verbally and in writing, and it is made easier for them to send cards to prisoners. Information for visitors to the association is made available both verbally and in writing in the form of posters, Özgür Düş Postası (Free Thought Post) bulletins, a brochure introducing the TSP, a list of prisoners and their prison addresses and cards and envelopes that can be sent. In this way, we hope to make it easier for visitors to reach out to prisoners.
In the tri-monthly bulletin Özgür Düş Postası (Free Thought Post) published by TSP, all information related to prisons, from isolation and solitary confinement to the current condition of sick prisoners and their struggles, can be found. Additionally, contained within are prisoners’ own works such as letters, poems, stories, and sketches and introductions to the books which they, with great will and tirelessness, have written. Finally, information regarding the condition of prisoners in Palestine, Iran and other countries and their struggles is also available.
We call on visitors to be a guest to prisoners’ cells by sending a card, to support them, and to be their voice. This campaign of TSP London will continue until the end of December.
